Our Story
In the heart of the Vallée de Joux, three watchmaking enthusiasts crossed paths during their studies. Through numerous exchanges, debates, and convivial moments, these three companions often discussed the idea of creating a company that would leverage their experience and expertise in watch sales.
During the early discussions, bold and eccentric ideas were considered to bring their project to life. However, over time, the contours became clearer and more concrete. Although some inspirations remain pending, the foundation of the company was solidly established. We are confident that our company will fully meet your expectations, and we are eager to share our passion for watchmaking with you.

Raphael Fuchs
CEO & Co-Founder
Originally from Sweden, I am a passionate watchmaking.
Having learned watchmaking mechanics in the Vallée de Joux, I am pursuing my dream in this field that allows me to thrive every day.
From a young age, I enjoyed building all sorts of mechanical or artistic objects, which led me to transform this passion into a profession, with watchmaking being the best path for me to flourish.
With a diploma as a watchmaker and having previously founded a company in the field, I am embarking on the MPR² adventure as a co-founder.

Matteo Morelli
Sales Director & Co-Founder
Hailing from Geneva, I grew up in a city where history and a passion for the luxury industry are deeply rooted. Having been interested in the world of mechanics from a young age, I began a training as a polymechanic at the Geneva School of Mechanics at the age of 16. During these four years of apprenticeship, my fascination with watchmaking mechanics fully blossomed.
After obtaining my diploma, I decided to continue my studies in this field that so inspired me. I chose to go to the heart of watchmaking, in the Vallée de Joux, where I completed a training as a Microtechnology Technician specializing in micromechanical design. Over these two years, my passion and knowledge of watchmaking grew daily.
While contributing to maintaining the prestige of Swiss watchmaking, I am also a key player and co-founder of MPR², where we strive to make our mark in this exceptional industry.
Ryan Ursenbacher
Communication Director & Co-Founder
Originally from Gingins, I am passionate about the watchmaking world. As a watchmaker, I have dedicated a significant part of my life to this demanding and fascinating discipline. My background began in my teenage years when my early passion for Lego naturally led me to the world of watchmaking.
At the age of 15, I began a dual watchmaking apprenticeship at Hublot, a formative experience lasting 4 years that concluded with a LVMH Excellence Diploma. Fueled by this recognition, I desired to continue my studies and deepen my skills to create exceptional watch pieces by hand. Thus, I joined the Technical School of the Vallée de Joux for 2 years to train as a watchmaking construction technician.
Today, as a professional in the watchmaking world, I am driven by the aspiration to create and develop an innovative watchmaking company, led by young and creative minds. My commitment to watchmaking is not just a profession but a true passion that guides each step of my journey in this captivating adventure.
